SHIPPING POLICY

Please ensure that both your shipping and billing addresses are the same. All orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be successfully delivered to the address that was provided for your order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the listed address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information.

Please note: If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive assistance and compensation.

Tip: Do not place last minute orders. Allow yourself enough time to ensure that you receive your products before any important event/trip. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the exclusivity of each item and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct item and/or color of your merchandise.

We will only consider exchanges for damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake.

To be considered, exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt and items must be in new condition (unused and with all tags and labels attached).

*If you would like to exchange an item due to defects or damages at the time of delivery to you, please contact customer service for authorization.

 Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be fully examined and we will contact you via e-mail. If you are entitled to a replacement because of a defect or damage, we will then replace the product, and have it shipped out to you.
